HOW IT ALL STARTED
Jon Astacio was born in NYC and raised in the suburbs of Connecticut. This offered a dramatic change in perspective of the world around him. From being exposed to 80s sci-fi movies at a young age Jon grew a strong interest in the unknown from technology/science to health and the future of our world.
EXPERIENCE AND DISCOVERING THE PROBLEM
As an adult Jon has kept that curiosity. With 10 years in the industry of health and wellness along with 8 years in telecommunications Jon has had a chance to see both industries are limited and held back largely by corporations favoring profits over innovation and strict governing policies. In addition, he saw the world had been deeply focused on material science for solutions and has only scratched the surface of the spiritual sciences.
SEEKING ANSWERS
In search for answers to this problem, Jon has had eye opening conversations with entrepreneurs finding alternative solutions and people that are waking up to the need for change as well.
THE JOURNEY BEGINS
He realized he was limited in knowledge and was given the suggestion to start a podcast to not only seek out entrepreneurs and professionals discovering answers but also build a community of people waking up and fighting for change. Jon meditated on a name, came to see New Age Human and started the podcast.
Today, Jon is connecting with people worldwide with his podcast. The goal is to bring together like minded people, providing space to share and learn while allowing us to better navigate a rapidly changing world. We are looking for solutions that bring power back to the people so we can be the change we want to see in the world.
